  • XperRam Ultimate多功能拉曼-荧光成像光谱系统 


    产品简介

        XperRam Ultimate是一款多功能共聚焦拉曼/荧光/电竞博彩app流/荧光寿命(瞬态荧光)检测光谱成像系统,采用透射式光路设计,提高了产品的灵敏度和稳定性。独特的振镜扫描技术能够在台面固定不动的情况下实现快速二维成像扫描。该技术在联用电竞博彩app流成像系统载台时优势明显,并且可扩展增加荧光寿命检测系统。可实现拉曼/PL/电竞博彩app流/荧光寿命功能。

           整个系统的个构成如下图,需要测量拉曼和荧光信号时,样品激发的拉曼信号和荧光信号通过显微镜,再由光谱仪分光至CCD检测器接收,计算机软件读出拉曼和荧光的光谱信号并扫描成图像输出。需要测量荧光时间寿命时,转换器将样品激发的瞬态荧光信号分光至TCSPC(单光子计数器),通过单光子计数器记录荧光的时间寿命。需要测量电竞博彩app流时,接上探针台和电流计,激光激发样品产生的电竞博彩app流信号通过探针引出至电流计,再读出至电脑软件,记录整个检测面的电流分布。
