    俄罗斯Scontel推出很新的超高效率超导纳米线单光子探测器,其在600nm-2300nm内达到高量子效率>90%,暗计数<10cps,同时zui高计数率>50MHz,是目前市场上性能优良的超导单光子探测器,此型号超导纳米线单光子探测器可提供zui多8通道同时运行。
